In a 45-minute remote session, I work directly within your energetic field to assess distortions, clear density and attachments, recalibrate your chakra system, restore nervous system coherence, and strengthen your connection to your own inner guidance.

We connect by phone to briefly discuss what you're experiencing and determine if this work feels aligned. There is no processing before the clearing — extensive discussion beforehand can amplify mental looping. The clearing itself is the work.
Your 45-Minute Session
The day before your session, you'll receive a personalized reminder text along with a frequency video chosen specifically for your body and field — this video is not generic, it is tuned to you. Ten minutes before your session begins you'll receive a final reminder text. At that time, lie down in a quiet, undisturbed space. Press play on your frequency video, relax, and allow the work to unfold. You don't need to do anything — simply be open and receptive. You may feel physical sensations, emotional release, heat, tingling, imagery, or deep calm. Each experience is unique.
After Your Session
Immediately following the session, you'll receive your personalized session notes with channeled information specific to your journey. Once you've read them, send me a quick message confirming — and I'll call you right away to discuss your experience, what came through, and the energy exchange. You'll also receive intuitive integration assignments — mantra, nervous system practices, and behavioral shifts to support your embodiment. Integration typically completes within 24 hours.
This work is donation-based.

My name is Krista Kaminski. I am an Alchemical Frequency Practitioner, Reiki Master, Nurse, and Coherence Anchor.
My work was not shaped by certification alone. It was forged through lived experience — through years of unraveling, rebuilding, and rising again. I have walked through addiction and long-term recovery, single motherhood, trauma, depression, anxiety, and the kind of identity-stripping dark nights that dismantle everything you thought you were.
That path gave me something no training alone could ever offer: embodied understanding.
My foundation bridges over 20 years of clinical experience as a nurse with energetic mastery — science and spirit, nervous system and soul. I come from a maternal line of Hedge Witches — women who understood the language of plants, energy, intuition, and the unseen realms.
I do not position myself above anyone as a healer. I stand as a stabilizing presence within the field.

Field Integration Sessions are 45-minute phone or Google Meet calls designed to keep you on track. We check in on what is changing, what is resisting, and what needs adjusting. This is where the work actually lands.
